About our Founder
Clarene Marie White is a visionary pioneer to join the legacy of Black American leaders committed to advancing pastoral care, including peer-to-peer leadership, maternal inner healing, soul care, and Maternal and Paternal Health coaching and consulting. She shares her testimony stories, diverse gifts, lived and learned capacities, and a 39-year history in the fields of peer-to-peer advocacy, coaching and leadership, clinical and rehabilitation, psychotherapy counseling. Since 1986, she has been obedient to her call and commission to serve God by creating services and pathways that nourish the soul, spirit, body, and mind. She supports the inner healing of soul wounds and workforce capacity building, as well as addressing the workforce development needs of women who make up His church. She is the author of Becoming a Pastoral Care-Peer-To-Peer Leader, E-book, Participant notebook & guided journals, Peer-to-Peer addendum curriculum, and the Cook’ N Up Excellence living cookbook, and founder of Cook’N Up Excellence (CUE) Collective and Centre of Wholeness (CWI) Institute. With a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, she specializes in delivering innovative conversations to fill the gaps in
culturally responsive chronic health prevention education and creating pathways for the
delivery of Integration of Faith and Healthcare services, especially for Black and African
American healing arts vocational leaders, teams, and professional communities. S

She has achieved many of her personal, academic, and professional goals. She is a Women's Ministry Specialist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (A-PCC), program developer, speaker, and group facilitator. She holds a master's Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental health Counseling, a bachelor's degree in Business administration with an emphasis in organizational leadership. She is a Centering Health Institute Pre-Natal and Post Partum, Parenting facilitator, National Rehabilitation Consultant Counselor, and Peer-to-Peer Specialist and supervisor.
