Welcome to Food For Your Soul Ministries (FFYSM), a faith-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and faith-centered movement committed to transforming lives through one conversation at a time and one faithful step at a time.
We believe every person is created with God-given purpose, inherent birthrights, dignity, and the capacity to grow in faith, leadership, and whole-person wellness. Our initiatives, pilot projects, and ministries intentionally serve Black American, biracial, and multicultural women faith leaders and ministers, Healing Arts professionals, Doulas, families, caregivers, and under-resourced communities by providing pathways and access to coaching, community workshops and gatherings, and T.E.A. Servants women's ministry services.
Our mission is to create faith-integrated pathways that advance discipleship, leadership education and capacity building, whole-person wellness, and community enrichment. We envision our efforts advancing Black American and biracial professionals and under-resourced community members to thrive by achieving sustainable health equity, economic scaling, and community impact opportunities.

Clarene experienced a life-altering vision in December 1986 that led her and her brother, Charles O. Baldwin, to create Food For Your Soul Ministries. Clarene, as our lead coach, brings together more than 40 years of experience as a Social and Food Justice Advocate; an entrepreneur; a Pastoral Care Peer-to-Peer Ministry Leader and Educator; a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Prenatal Care Group Facilitator; an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor; and a Doula Chef.
